All Levels | We’ll explore a variety of short forms, inspired by a recent anthology called, appropriately, Short. Participants may respond to weekly writing prompts with prose poems, “regular” poems, aphorisms, postcard messages, scripts, playlets, essays, or flash fiction. As long as responses are reasonably pithy, they qualify. Required text will be available at Elliott Bay Book Company: Ziegler, Alan. Short: An International Anthology of Short-Short Stories, Prose Poems, Brief Essays, and other Short Forms (Persea, 2014).
