Writing Characters that Breathe

Regardless of the genre, characters are what readers inhabit and connect with—what gives fiction a compelling reality. Less-skilled writers create characters that are puppets, dancing to the writer’s tune, while the goal should be true characters who have a weight and life of their own. This class can help you learn techniques to make your characters more alive, which is a lot more fun for the reader and for you.
